 A few important things to note for returns: 

- All returns must be notified to us within 30 days of shipment delivery date. If a return request is accepted and a refund is authorized, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached.

 

Return request process:

1- Please send us an email at info@arteshome.com and include your order number, which item(s) you are requesting to return, and the reason(s) for return.

2- If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return address.

3- You are responsible for packing the returnable items securely and using a shipping service with tracking as ARTES HOME is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You must provide us with your tracking number in order for us to accept the delivery & complete the return.

4- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

       

      Damages:

      - Please report any/all damages with your package/order within 48 hours of the delivery date.

      - If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@arteshome.com. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.

         

        When the return is accepted, who will pay for the return shipping price?

        There are two approaches:

        1- If your package is damaged or you received the wrong product, we will pay for the return shipping price.

        2- In other cases where you decide to return the product, then all the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
