1- How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping to the USA and Europe:

FREE shipping to the USA and Europe. Our shipping policy is to make your purchase process as fun and easy as possible.
Therefore, we have included the shipping price in the total price of the lenses.

Shipping to the Rest of the World :

-The cost of delivery varies depending on several factors, such as:

* the country of delivery,

* the weight of the product,

* the dimensions of the product.

- On the checkout page you can find precise information on the cost of delivery.

- Shipping rates include insurance unless otherwise specified.


2- How do you ship my order?

- After checkout, we take from 1 to 3 business days for the preparation of the order and ship your order via a first-class shipping carrier.

- Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

- Transit time can take up to 1-3 business days from the ship date, depending on your location.

- However, you may experience temporary delays as a result of our additional COVID-19 safety measures. Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations except where limited by government restrictions.

3- When will my order arrive?

Depending on the product ordered, the method and shipping time differ. We offer two types of shipping: Express and Standard.

EXPRESS Shipping:

Please allow 2-4 business days (M-F) for order processing.

Therefore, the total shipping time is as follow:

- Inside USA, CANADA and EU from 4 to 6 working days.

- Outside USA, CANADA and EU from 4 to 8 working days.

 All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL  to your destination country's postal service.

Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery.

4- How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking code.

Clicking on this code, you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

5- My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at Info@arteshome.com.

6- Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

7- Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery which is not covered in our shipping rates.

ARTES HOME cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you decide to refuse a shipment, ARTES HOME will not grant refunds of any kind.

8- Does arteshome.com ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Refund & Return

 A few important things to note for returns: 

- All returns must be notified to us within 30 days of shipment delivery date. If a return request is accepted and a refund is authorized, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached.


Return request process:

1- Please send us an email at info@arteshome.com and include your order number, which item(s) you are requesting to return, and the reason(s) for return.

2- If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return address.

3- You are responsible for packing the returnable items securely and using a shipping service with tracking as ARTES HOME is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You must provide us with your tracking number in order for us to accept the delivery & complete the return.

4- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



      - Please report any/all damages with your package/order within 48 hours of the delivery date.

      - If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@arteshome.com. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.


        When the return is accepted, who will pay for the return shipping price?

        There are two approaches:

        1- If your package is damaged or you received the wrong product, we will pay for the return shipping price.

        2- In other cases where you decide to return the product, then all the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
